- Returns are not accepted for face masks or face mask filters. All Sales are final.

- All returns must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tag attached.

- All unworn/unaltered merchandise can gladly be exchanged or returned for an online credit within 14 days from date of purchase. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

- You may not return or exchange: sales or clearance items, jewelry, belts, leggings and gift certificates. [***ALL sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final***]

- We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a store credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above or if you have been tried on the items and they have make-up on them, we will send the items back to you plus additional return shipping cost or a 30% restocking fee will be charge on your card.

- The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is damaged or the wrong item is shipped).

- If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as MY-KIM COLLECTION is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

- For all return requests, once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will either be called or emailed a notification, an online credit will be issued for the amount returned minus the shipping cost.

- For all exchange requests, we recommend just placing a new order for any items you want and sending us back your return to be processed. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the cost of the original item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
